As a member of Living City Business, you have the opportunity to network with other business members at events and meetings. This can expand your business contacts and connect you with potential clients, partners, and suppliers.

We advocate for our members by lobbying for policies and legislation which support business and industry.. We give you a voice to all levels of government: local, state, and federal.

03: Access

Exclusive benefits with an Associate Membership with the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TCCI) including Industrial Relations support and training services. (See website for full details, Associate Membership includes access to prepaid support and two free workplace relations phone consultations).

04: Savings

Our Members receive a Goodstone Group VIP Card, which offers discounts of up to 20% at Goodstone food and beverage outlets. PLUS, your business receives discounts on DCCI and TCCI training, events, and functions.

We provide access to business advisory bodies offering expert guidance and consultation on a range of business issues and challenges. We also offer training services and share information on funding and guidance to support your business growth.

Membership Levels

We offer a range of membership levels depending on your business needs.

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP

The Chamber provides you with a wide range of benefits including:

  • The opportunity to use the Chamber to advocate  on your behalf to local, state and/or federal government(s);

  • The opportunity to network and attend a wide range of seminars, industry forums, functions and events – with discounted rates for members;

  •  Industrial Relations and Human Resources support, through our member alliance with the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;

  • Access and input to the various committees;

  • Your details promoted under an industry category on the Chamber Website;

  • Opportunities to market your business;

  • A quarterly E-newsletter; and

  • A Goodstone VIP card – providing discounts of 5% to 20% at Goodstone food and beverage outlets.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

Limited to 6 businesses during our membership year.
  • In addition to regular membership benefits, Gold members receive:
  • An advertisement in one Chamber E-newsletter
  • The exclusive opportunity to email promotional material to the DCCI Membership once per year;
  • The opportunity to display a pull up sign at two Chamber Functions;
  • Your logo on the DCCI Website including a link to your  website; and
  • A logo under Gold Members in the Annual Report as well as a 10% discount on advertisements in the Annual Report.

DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP

Limited to 6 business during our membership year.
  • In addition to regular membership benefits, Diamond members receive:

  • An advertisement in two Chamber E-newsletters;

  • The exclusive opportunity to email promotional material to the DCCI Membership twice per year;

  • The opportunity to display a pull up sign at four Chamber Functions;

  • An invitation to sit at the Presidents Table at one function per year;

  • Your logo on the DCCI Website including a link to your  website; and

  • A logo under Diamond Members in the Annual Report as well as a 25% discount on advertisements in the Annual  Report.

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP

Limited to 6 Businesses during our membership year.
  • In addition to regular membership benefits, Platinum members receive:

  • An advertisement in all quarterly Chamber E-newsletters ;

  • The exclusive opportunity to email  promotional material to the DCCI Membership four times per year;

  • The opportunity to display a pull up sign at all Chamber Functions;

  • An invitation to sit at the President’s Table at two functions during the year;

  • Your logo on the DCCI Website including a link to your website;

  • A logo under Platinum Members in the Annual Report and a 50% discount on advertisements in the Annual Report; and 

  • An invitation to all special Executive Briefings.

Membership Fees

Annual Membership Fees (July-June)

  • 1 – 10 Employees – $135 +GST
  • 11 – 20 Employees – $180 +GST
  • 21 – 50 Employees – $300 +GST
  • 50+ Employees – $550 +GST
  • Gold – $750 +GST
  • Diamond – $1,000 +GST
  • Platinum – $2,000 +GST
  • Private* – $75 +GST

Business Members will be listed on the Chamber website under the business name and in industry categories.

Most Chamber benefits are extended to employees of Business Members.
