Tim French is a Chartered Accountant with over twelve years of dedicated experience in public practice. His expertise lies in various facets of accounting, with a primary focus on tax compliance, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs), business services, and consulting, particularly in the role of a virtual CFO. His passion for his work is evident in his commitment to providing top-notch services to his clients.
In October 2021, Tim ventured out on his own entrepreneurial journey, establishing GT Tax and Business. His business serves as a testament to his drive and ambition in delivering exceptional financial and consultancy services.
Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, Tim actively contributes as the Treasurer of the East Devonport Football Club, where he applies his financial acumen and leadership skills to support the club’s financial well-being, highlighting his commitment to community engagement and sports.

Tim holds a position as a Lecturer at the University of Tasmania on a contractual basis since February 2019. This role underlines his commitment to sharing knowledge and expertise in the field of accounting and business, enriching the learning experiences of future professionals.
