Kerryn Duncan has a diverse background working in retail, childcare and education on the North-West coast of Tasmania. After becoming a mother in her late teens, she went on to attain a Bachelor of Education with Hons. and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership. She has 16 year’s experience in education including leadership roles.

However, her ambitions and passions led her to purchase Devonport Tenpin Bowl with her husband Mark Transitioning from the realm of education to entrepreneurship, and with no previous business experience, she has navigated her way through the challenges of owning a business, turning the alley into a thriving hub of entertainment within the community.

Kerryn is now also a partner in Let’s Play Australia an arcade amusement business servicing over 40 venues in the North of Tasmania.

Kerryn’s commitment to providing exceptional experiences, and taking Devonport forward, led to her recognition as a state winner of the Telstra Best of Business Awards for Outstanding Growth. In addition to this her business won the national award for Sport and Recreation business in the Business Championship Awards.

These sit along with several other state finalist titles in the last twelve months. These accolades serve as a testament to her commitment to excellence and her ability to
turn vision into reality.

Kerryn also holds the position of President of the Devonport Tenpin Bowling Association and is an advocate for equal access and participation for all. When she isn’t working hard in her businesses, she enjoys travelling, seeing more of our state and sampling the amazing food and wine Tasmania has to offer.
