Julie Foster

Treasurer

Julie has been part of the Chamber Executive for the past 20 years.

She has had over 25 years’ experience in the corporate finance sector working in Senior Management, Sales, HR and Marketing roles. She is also a director in her family-owned retail business, Passport Surf in the Mall which has been operating in Devonport for over 35 years.

In more recent times Julie has also been freelancing as a business development consultant working with small business owners from a variety of industries providing them with support and advice across a wide range of disciplines, including business and financial management, marketing and social media, retail and online strategies, human resource management and recruitment. Julie holds a Graduate Certificate in Business (UTAS) and Diplomas in Management and Human Resource Management (TAFE).
